Order + Delivery
Orders placed on weekdays will ship between 5-7 days. Please email email@example.com if you would like to expedite your order. If an order is placed for an out of stock item, you will be notified by email about an estimated ship date immediately.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment timeframe.

Rates + Services
We are excited to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $250 to any destination within the USA.
Biscuit uses UPS exclusively for all domestic orders. We offer 2-Day, Next Day Air or Free Ground delivery for all orders shipped within the United Sates.
Upon shipment, UPS Ground can take anywhere from 3-5 business days. If you are in a rush please choose 2nd day or Next day service. * For Next Business Day delivery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Biscuit does not currently ship internationally.
14 day return policy
We will gladly accept returns on all items (except items marked "Final Sale”) within 14 days from time of delivery. Items must be in it's original packaging and have all original tags attached. Bedding returned out of original packaging will be charged a $10 restocking fee per item.
Any item marked final sale on our website is not eligible for return, exchange or store credit regardless of size. Items marked 50% or greater are always considered Final Sale.
Need to make a refund?
Biscuit must authorize all returns. We kindly ask that you do not send your return using a personal shipping label.
Please request a label from us by emailing email@example.com so that we are able to track your package, making your return faster and smoother.
When will I receive my refund?
We kindly ask that you allow 15 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed. Process time may be longer during peak seasons.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or gift card, as applicable.
